Oytagh Glacier Park
Oytagh Glacier Park is located in Aktu County of Kizilsu Kirgiz Autonomous Prefecture. It is located 130 km from Kashgar. It has the lowest elevation of any glacier in China at an elevation of 2804 meters above sea level.

Oytagh Glacier Park is a natural and ecological landscape park. The meaning of Oytagh in Uyghur language is “low lying land in the mountain”. It is surrounded by rolling ridges and deep ravines. A strip of green land stretches out from Oytagh Valley. Lush grassland is overlooked by snow-capped mountains. On site you will see lofty mountains, luxurious trees, glittering glaciers, waterfalls as if they were flying and snow-covered mountains. In summer, huge waterfalls among snowy ridges fall, these sounds echoing in valley causing a misty and foggy atmosphere.
